We got a room with a bath. The location was excellent and perfect, overlooking the castle. The service was good, no complains at all, it was just what we needed.

The location incredible and amazing to bus terminal. Amazing breakfast with food like slices of fresh bread, cereals, cakes, pancakes, and cheese.

We loved this facility and would like to stay longer. The guest room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was beautifully maintained. The food was superb and the location was beautiful.

The location was incredible - ease of access to a legendary cave. Got the same twin room booked online with view of the castle and a double bed, for instance.

The location was excellent - close to simpler restaurants. I ate in the rooftop restaurant nearby. My suite was nicely furnished with wawel view.

Also, the location is excellent and unbeatable, minutes from a history museum. The hotel is in the central zone. The room is spacious well appointed with a spectacular view of the castle.

Well, it was a real good stay for a business trip. The stuff were very professional. The location was quiet, to the square where there are loads of great restaurants that are fantastic value and overlooking the castle. Also, a legendary cave

We were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic service at Kossak. The staff, led by Paulina, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even took care of storing our luggage and moving it to our room before we arrived. The room 

Immaculate hotel with stunning views. Daily room cleaning. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location for historical center and tram station. Great breakfast options. No negatives. We'll be back.

The hotel was wonderful small and beautifully decorated, we can't recommend it highly enough. The room was very large, large bed. The staff was ATTENTIVE & particularly helpful.

Spotless and panoramic rooms with a spectacular view and nice bar area. Riverside location, perfect place for discovering Krakow. Nice and courteous employees at the reception desk.
